At New Park we have been following the new Liverpool's Revised Agreed Syllabus for Religious Education. At the heart of the Agreed Syllabus is a focus on question and ethical issues. Every pupil in a maintained school has a statutory entitlement to religious education.
During the Spring Term Steven Baker came in and spoke to Key Stage 2 about Easter. He will be coming back during the Summer Term to discuss Judaism with children in Key Stage 2.
We also had a visit from Ykids during the Spring Term. Several classes from different age groups took part in different workshops such as Face Value, Consequences, Hope and Dreams, Anti-Bullying and Dance
