Birthday Cakes/Treats

As a school we have decided to ask parents/carers to not bring in birthday cakes/treats for your child to share with their class. This decision has been made due to the number of children who have allergies in school. Whilst it is lovely to share a cake (nobody loves cake more than us!), we have to prioritise the care of children with allergies. We thank you for your understanding on this. This will be with immediate effect.

Ski Trip 2025 Meeting

Just a reminder that the final ski trip meeting for parents/carers is on Wednesday 15th January at 2.30pm.

• 15th January – Parents Ski Trip meeting at 2.30pm
• 19th to 26th January – Ski Trip 2025
• 28th January – 5A World Museum Trip
• 30th January – 5W World Museum Trip
• 14th February – Break up for February half term at 3.30pm
• 24th February – Start of Spring term 2
• 24th February – Young Voices Concert at Co-op Arena

Attendance Matters

At New Park Primary School we are determined to do all we can to have excellent school attendance, aiming for 100% attendance wherever possible.

We know that regular attendance is directly linked to raising achievement and develops skills for life and work.

Please help support us by ensuring that your child(ren) attend school regularly and arrive ready to learn on time at 8.45am.

Our free breakfast club is open daily for children in Reception to Year 6 from 7.30am until 8.30am
