World Music Day

This year, we are going to be celebrating World Music Day on Monday 23rd June where we will have a musical day in school to celebrate. The children can come to school dressed in something musical related. This could include:

  • Something you would wear if you were a pop star or rock star (i.e. something already in your wardrobe)
  • Your favourite musician
  • Or something musical related (e.g. band shirt)

It will be a really fun day, with the children learning about such an important part of musical history, and inspiring them to listen to and enjoy different kinds of music.

Inset Day

Just a reminder that there is an Inset Day next Friday, 27th June 2025. School will be closed to all children. School will be open as normal on Monday 30th June 2025.

Lost Property

Weather permitting, lost property will be out at the start and end of each day this week outside the school hall. Please can we ask that you label your child/ren’s clothing, so it is easier for them to find if lost.

Hot Weather

Due to the current warm weather, we are having, please can we ask that you make sure that your child/ren bring a hat and a water bottle with them to school and that they have had sun cream applied to them.
