School times

All children are to be lines up on the yard, ready to be collected by their class teacher at 8.55am. All children to be collected at 3.30pm. Please make sure you collect your child promptly. If you are running late please call the school office.

Snack

We kindly ask for £1 each week for our weekly cooking activity and a healthy snack for children each day. Please give this to the class teacher each Monday.

Clothing

Please ensure your child's clothes are clearly labelled, especially jumpers, cardigans and coats. Items of clothing can easily be misplaced by children and so this avoids any items becoming lost.

PE

The children will be taught PE each week with Miss Beaumont every Thursday. Please make sure your child has their PE kit each week, clearly labelled with their full name.

Illness

If your child is unwell please inform the school and your child is to remain at home until they are well. If your child experiences symptoms of vomiting or diarrhoea we kindly ask that they remain absent from school until 48 hours after their last episode of these symptoms. This is to avoid the spread of bugs in school. Thank you for your cooperation

Christmas time! We did lots of fun things including writing letters to Santa, salt dough ornaments, Christmas cards and magic reindeer dust!

We have been learning lots about parties and celebrations. Look what we have been up to!

We have learning about Diwali. We read the story of Rama and Sita, we have made colourful sand Rangoli patterns, beautiful Mehndi hand decorations and pretty Diva lamps.

On Remembrance Day we made poppy biscuits with red and black icing. They were very yummy!

On the 11th day of the 11th month at the 11th hour Reception held a two minute silence for Remembrance Day.

Reception had lots of fun on our Big Art trip to the Art Gallery.

Fireman Mark came into school to tell us how to keep safe on Bonfire Night. We made glittery firework pictures.

We made Gruffalo biscuits. They were yummy!

We enjoyed listening to The Gruffalo in our Magical room. We kicked the leaves to look for woodland animals from the story.

In Reception we love Block Play! We worked together to make a bridge for the Gingerbread Man to escape the hungry fox.

We have been to Kensington Library. Lots of Mums and Dads helped us walk safely to the library - Thank you!

We have been learning about Goldilocks and the 3 Bears. We painted our favourite characters, wrote a recipe for Mummy Bear's porridge and made porridge for snack.
